Salary: £34,000 – £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Purpose

The Business Support Officer will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of office and site activities. The role involves coordinating project schedules, maintaining records, supporting procurement and financial processes, assisting with client communications, and ensuring compliance documentation is accurately maintained.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support daily office and site operations, coordinate the scheduling of installation teams, and maintain up-to-date records of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical materials, equipment inventory, project supplies, and supplier orders.
  • Assist with the procurement of electrical components and tools, process invoices, track expenses, and coordinate vendor payments.
  • Prepare basic reports on project progress, material usage, and job costs, and update client and project information within company systems.
  • Support marketing and business development activities by assisting with client communications, preparing quotations, and coordinating promotional and service campaigns.
  • Ensure all work orders, permits, compliance records, and safety documentation are accurately maintained and readily available.

Qualifications
